VagusApp reduces costs from day one, pays for itself in less than six months and relieves the burden on the healthcare system through paperless processes. It improves the patient experience, supports treatment plans and optimizes communication between patients and clinic, making it easier to monitor health data and improving disease prevention.

PATIENT APP
The VagusApp is a brand new telemedicine solution that, after five years of experience in the field, impresses with its high security standards and availability on all common electronic devices. It also works without an internet connection, offers secure and simple authentication and is supported by a specialized, highly qualified team. The app features a sleek interface designed in Barcelona. VagusApp places great emphasis on a patient-centered user experience. It is independent of hospital information systems, does not use cookies and does not use Google analytics. VagusApp is available in 190 languages and also offers CI branding for clinics. In addition, it supports a wide range of areas of telemedicine care and contributes to lower costs and higher patient satisfaction without being tied to a specific manufacturer.

VagusApp supports the monitoring and documentation of medication intake and has a reminder function. VagusApp also provides access to a nationwide medication plan with a QR code that can be created individually for each patient.

TRAINING PLAN
VagusApp enables rehabilitation and individual, digital therapy combined with personal care from medical professionals. Over 25,000 videos and exercises are included. Exercises can be recorded and communicated to therapists. Automated AI text-to-speech and an AI coach for virtual reality improve the benefits of asynchronous treatment by up to 70%.

DIGITAL QUESTIONNAIRES & FORMS
The questionnaires are freely configurable and multilingual. They include allergies, checklists, online surveys, BI analyses, anamnesis, follow-up and information sheets. Integration into the KIS and processing before, during and after the stay are possible. With responsive design, alarm function for missing answers, automatic identification of abnormalities and AI-supported ICD-10 coding, it optimizes the process.
TELE-HEALTH
VagusApp enables the connection of all commercially available devices, supports automatic and manual vital signs measurements with direct transfer to the HIS, optional notifications to medical staff in the event of deviations and offers deep integrations with Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect as well as Withings, FitBit and Garmin.

The security of the VagusApp is guaranteed by several high-level standards: It uses end2end encryption at the highest level and supports secure 2-factor authentication. The app complies with the strict data protection requirements of the EU GDPR and HIPAA, is HITRUST CSF certified and meets the NIST and CS5 standards. In addition, it is certified according to ISO 27001 BSI compliant and is in the preparation phase for Gaia X. The servers are located in secure data centers in Zurich and Frankfurt to ensure optimal data integrity and availability.
